Rockefeller Capital Management Appoints Dr. Lena Mass-Cresnik as Head of AI Strategy

New York, December 3, 2025

Rockefeller Capital Management (“Rockefeller” or “the Firm”), today announced the appointment of Dr. Lena Mass-Cresnik, a respected industry leader with more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy, business intelligence, and digital transformation, as Head of AI Strategy. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Generative AI Strategy & Acceleration at Amazon Web Services (“AWS”).

In this newly created role, Dr. Mass-Cresnik will lead the development and integration of AI-driven initiatives across Rockefeller to deliver greater efficiency, accelerate growth, and elevate the client experience. Reporting to Mark Alexander, Chief Technology, Operations, and Transformation Officer, she will collaborate with senior leaders across the Firm’s business and functional areas to enhance Rockefeller’s technology capabilities and platform.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Dr. Mass-Cresnik held senior leadership positions at AWS, Moelis & Company, Charles Schwab, and BlackRock, where she focused on technology strategy, business intelligence analytics, innovation, and digital transformation. She holds a Ph.D. in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Oxford and an M.S. in Policy & Management from Harvard University.

The appointment of Dr. Mass-Cresnik reflects Rockefeller’s continued investment in technology and innovation to deliver differentiated solutions and exceptional service to clients.
