Adam Loveless, CPWA®, AAMS®

After working in the engineering department for the natural gas pipeline company El Paso Corp, Adam began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2008 in the North Houston office. In 2010, he moved into the Merrill Private Wealth Management Group, a unique arm within the firm that focuses on clients with net worth’s of $10 million or more. There, he learned the importance of complimenting the traditional investment strategies with trust and estate planning services, philanthropic strategies, and concentrated stock management. He joined the Maxwell Group team in late 2016 as a Senior Business Manager, where he has helped integrate his skills and knowledge into our boutique financial practice.

With a background in engineering and mathematics, Adam flourishes in taking complex financial situations of our clients and building a simplified investment plan that helps meet their cash flow, estate planning, credit and charitable goals. Outside of planning for and servicing our clients, he also focuses on portfolio management, risk analysis, and trading for our various team strategies.

Adam graduated from Texas A&M with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics,  and a minor in business. He holds the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation from the College For Financial Planning, as well as the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation. He focuses on working to address the sophisticated, unique needs of high-net-worth clients. He and his wife Jenn live in Houston with their son. In his spare time, Adam enjoys running, volunteering through pet therapy with his Italian Greyhound, and traveling the world with his family.
