Arthur Alexander

Art Alexander is a Private Advisor, Managing Director at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller in November 2019, Art was President of Alexander Wealth Partners at Merrill Lynch. He has dedicated his entire career to financial planning and wealth management spanning over 47 years. Art has a passion for helping clients achieve what matters most to them and delivering unparalleled value. His focus includes retirement planning, concentrated and restricted stock positions, and creating customized portfolios for families and business owners in North Texas and across the U.S.

Art’s successful tenure in finance began at an early age. He’s a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his MBA from the Price College of Business after completing his undergraduate degree in Math and Economics. He serves on the board for the University of Oklahoma MBA program and has mentored other young, aspiring advisors.

Outside of planning, you can find Art active in his community. He’s a Deacon at Park Cities Baptist Church, and board member of African Christian Outreach and Movement Day organizations. Art married his college sweetheart Linda and they live in the Preston Hollow neighborhood in Dallas. Together, they have three adult children and five grandchildren, and enjoy traveling and playing golf.
