As the leader of Ruben Wealth Partners, David emphasizes team commitment to client service, integrity, and diligence in always doing right by the client and continuing professional education. David is a graduate of American University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and attended the Securities Industries Institute at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. In his community, David serves as Trustee at Suburban Hospital / Johns Hopkins Medicine and the past Chairman of the Foundation board of Suburban Hospital / Johns Hopkins Medicine. He has also dedicated over 30 years of service at the Charles E. Smith Life Communities including serving in the past as a member of the Board of Governors and the Chairman of the Trustees of the Charles E. Smith Life Communities. He also served as past president of the Capital Chapter of the American Israeli Red Cross.
