Harper Hicks, CFP®

Harper Hicks is a Private Advisor and Vice President at Variant Path Group within the Rockefeller Global Family Office. Knowing that the dynamics of significant wealth can bring complex challenges, Harper works to help clients express their closely held value and objectives, align financial decisions with their vision for the future, craft strategies to preserve and growth wealth in meaningful and lasting way.

A native to the Charlotte area, Harper received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his CFP® designation through the College for Financial Planning. Harper spent two years in the independent advisory world and six years with Morgan Stanley before joining Rockefeller in 2024.

Drawing on his academic studies, board training, and the plentiful resources of Rockefeller Global Family Office, Harper focuses on guiding clients through a holistic wealth management process.

Husband to Emily and father to two children, Harper is also a musician and has enjoyed volunteering as a community pianist at Charlotte Douglas International Airport for well beyond a decade. The Hicks family is active in Christ Community Church in Huntersville, NC. Harper is also an active member of the Belk College of Business alumni council, where his focus is on expanded opportunity to higher education.
