Jessica Murphy

Jessica Murphy is a Senior Recruiter – Associate Vice President on the Human Capital team. Jessica is responsible for full cycle recruitment across the firm. She leads and owns posting, screening, assessment, and the interview process for the firm, while also ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Jessica worked at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, a third-party fund administrator, as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Jessica oversaw the recruitment team and staffing for the entire firm, while also working on talent retention and campus recruitment. Jessica also revamped the recruitment process at Ultimus LeverPoint, to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Master of Science in Education from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
