Mahum Jamal

Mahum Jamal is currently an MBA-MFA dual degree candidate at NYU Stern School of Business and NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Prior to NYU, Mahum founded the production company Doe-eyed Pictures and wrote, directed, and produced the feature film A Good Dream (2018). Her experience spans media strategy, content development, and film production.

Mahum attended Barnard College at Columbia University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies with a minor in Religion. Her interests include projects that showcase stories from marginalized communities.
