Michael P. Misciagna

Michael Misciagna is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group and the Head of RGFO Investment Banking Coverage at Rockefeller Capital Management. Michael joined Rockefeller Capital Management in April 2018.

In his role as Head of RGFO Investment Banking Coverage, Michael leads the delivery of our full suite of best-in-class investment banking capabilities to Rockefeller Global Family Office clients.

Michael has more than 15 years of investment banking experience across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Rockefeller, he was a Vice President at Galatioto Sports Partners, a boutique investment bank specializing in the global professional sports industry. Prior to joining Galatioto Sports Partners, Michael began his career in the Investment Banking group at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, where he worked from 2008 to 2011, advising on numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A and public equity offering transactions.

Michael earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University. He is active in Georgetown University’s alumni interviewing program and serves as a volunteer with New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs (NYPACE).
