Noel joined Rockefeller Capital Management in 2020, and prior to that spent 18 years at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as one of the original members of the team. Noel oversees the team’s business operations and focuses on client relationship management. He utilizes his analytical skills to help clients create sustainable wealth management and retirement strategies that are unique to each client. Noel has developed significant relationships with individuals and business owners who have entered the wealth accumulation phase. He understands the complex issues associated with the career-building generation and focuses on a strategy and execution of their personalized long term plan.

He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, awarded by the Investments & Wealth Institute™, in addition he also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor(CRPC®) designation.

A graduate from Johns Hopkins University, Noel earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in entrepreneurship and management. He enjoys traveling and as a scratch golfer can often be found on the course. He is also a die-hard New York Giants and New York Mets fan. He lives in Glen Rock, New Jersey, with his wife and their two sons.
