Regina R. Monroe

Regina has been with theUgroup since its inception in 2000 and has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. We let our prospective clients know that Regina is the most important person on our team.

Regina is the senior leader of our client experience and service team.  In this role, she acts as our clients’ key liaison to expedite their account service requests. These requests include opening new accounts, assisting with online banking access, processing checks and wire transfer requests. Regina has extensive experience and expertise in a variety of investment-related capacities, including trade execution and reconciliation, account administration and client service support.

Regina is actively involved in her community and enjoys time with family, travel, music and being a member of a book club. Regina and her husband, Corey, live in Torrance CA and have two adult children.
