Riley Stephenson, CFP®

As a Wealth Manager with Decision Point Wealth Partners, Riley works closely with successful, multi-generational families to develop and implement custom wealth management solutions. These solutions vary client to client, but include retirement income planning, investment strategy, pre/post-sale financial planning, and a holistic wealth management approach that is coordinated closely with tax and estate advisors.

In the community Riley serve as Board President of StepUp Wilmington, a non-profit organization that teaches job development and leadership skills to under and unemployed individuals in the Cape Fear region. In addition, he leads training groups and works one-on-one with participants to educate them in the realm of personal finance and leadership development. Riley is also a board director with the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

Having graduated from UNC-Wilmington, where Riley earned his B.S. in business administration from the Cameron School of Business, he now serves on the Cameron School Executive Advisory board and as the Treasurer of the UNCW Alumni Board of Directors. Riley maintains his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, as well as his FINRA Series 7 and 66 security licenses, and North Carolina Health, Life, Long-term Care, Variable Annuity/Life insurance licenses. Outside the office you can find Riley cooking something new in the kitchen, boating the Intracoastal Waterway, or just living an active lifestyle, whether it be running with his dog Murphy, golfing, skiing, or playing pick-up basketball.
