Private Advisor, Managing Director
Stefan W. Oglevee brings more than two decades of investment planning experience to Rockefeller Capital Management. He has been in the business of providing comprehensive and strategic financial planning and advice to high-net-worth families since 1998. As their trusted advisor and friend, Stefan is always available to counsel his clients in their personal and financial needs.
Stefan graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and earned his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center at the University of New Hampshire in 1998, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He began his career in Albany, New York, at Ayco, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.
After 12 years developing his relationships, Stefan started a new chapter at UBS, and spent 10 years counseling his clients there. During the last year, Stefan joined forces with his long-time colleague, Jannah Devine, and his son, S. Maxwell Oglevee. Together the team brings more than 40 years of client experience to Rockefeller. The Rockefeller platform provides our team with the resources to deliver a boutique style, white-glove experience for our clients as well as the infrastructure to implement sophisticated investment and financial planning needs.
Stefan currently resides in San Juan Capistrano with his dogs, Nipsy, Bevers, and Lady Dunkel, as well as his cat Silky.
He spends weekends and winters in Big Bear, skiing when he has the opportunity to do so. He is a mentor to current University of New Hampshire students, and he hosts an annual fundraiser for the local German Shorthaired Pointer rescue.
