Taylor Morrissey

Recruiter, Associate Vice President 

Taylor Morrissey is an Associate Vice President and Recruiter on Rockefeller’s Human Capital Talent Acquisition team. In her role, Taylor is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment efforts for various business areas firm wide. She leads and owns posting, screening, assessment, and the interview process for the firm, while also ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Taylor joined Rockefeller in May 2022. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Taylor spent seven years as a Vice President with Ayco Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management. She held various roles on the firm’s Human Capital Management team, including benefits coordinator and business partner. Taylor also served as the Director of Staffing and Operations for Ayco’s Financial Wellness business unit where she was responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh. Taylor is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College.
