Wey Lim

Wey started her career in the financial industry in 1998 and joined the Young & Associates Team in 2016, bringing over 18 years of industry experience and knowledge to the team. Prior to joining the team, Wey served as Complex Risk Officer and worked as Assistant Operations Manager in a high volume stock plan call center environment. Wey oversees the entire new client onboarding experience and manages the team to ensure we deliver only first class service to our clients.

Wey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from University of Central Arkansas. She is Series 7, 63, 65, 3, and 9/10-licensed and brings to the team her wealth of knowledge in industry rules and regulations.

Wey lives in Los Gatos where she raised her two amazing teenaged sons. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, doing yoga, gardening, cooking, and traveling. She also found her passion in backpacking and spends 2 to 3 weeks a year exploring the great outdoors looking for new adventures. Wey is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and two other Chinese dialects.
