Rockefeller Capital Management Appoints Shelly Lazarus, Marty Mannion as Independent Directors to Board

New York, September 23, 2019

Rockefeller Capital Management today announced the appointment of Shelly Lazarus and Marty Mannion as new independent members of the Firm’s Board of Directors. The additions of Lazarus, the former CEO of Ogilvy & Mather, and Mannion, a financial services and healthcare investor who led private equity firm Summit Partners, bring additional depth and experience to the Board.

“As we continue our efforts to create a new kind of financial services advisory firm, we are pleased that Shelly and Marty will bring their deep and diverse experiences to our Board,” said Gregory J. Fleming, President and CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management. “Shelly’s experience working with some of the world’s biggest and most important brands and Marty’s extensive career in financial services further extends our board’s broad range of insights.”

With these additions, the Board is comprised of nine members, including five independent directors.
